I have for you a Quick Shoyu Ramen Soup Recipe. It’s so effortless to make this, you just have to assembly it. It’s almost instant.
Shoyu Ramen Soup is a ramen using soy sauce in the broth.
For this recipe you already need to have vegetable broth done. This recipe works best with unsalted or slightly salted vegetable broth. If your broth is salted, add only 1 tablespoon soy sauce and then add more to taste.
I used smoked tofu for this one. You can find it in supermarkets, use a brand you like. As I wanted to be a quick recipe, this type of tofu tastes good without having to cook it or add extra spices to it. If you use regular tofu, you may want to cook it somehow. Simply fry it or bake it in marinade sauce.
What I love most at ramen is that there are so many flavors in just one bowl. So if you want to use your favorite toppings, go for it. This also works with sweet corn, dried seaweed, mushrooms.
