This Simple Vanilla Chia Pudding is perfect for the busy mornings. You will prepare it the night before and when you wake up, the pudding is ready to serve.

Just mix the ingredients in a bowl really well (if not the seeds might stick to each other and they won’t absorb enough liquid) and place the pudding in the fridge overnight. I recommend you to add some toppings (fruits, nuts, chocolate or anything that you like). The next morning you can enjoy your breakfast at home or take it with you in a jar.
