Brighten up your day with this bright color strawberry smoothie bowl.
This is a just 3 ingredient smoothie, but feel free to customize it. Add other fruits also, protein powders, adaptogens or anything you like. And add lots of toppings. Mine were vegan white chocolate, fresh strawberries, desiccated coconut and melted chocolate.
What toppings go best
Topping are also key to a good smoothie bowl. Use your favorite ones or whatever you have in your kitchen at that moment and matches the smoothie flavor. Try from fresh fruits, any kind of nuts, nuts butter, desiccated coconut, cacao nibs, any kind of seeds ( like chia, flax, etc.) to vegan chocolate and candies.
What kind of blender you should use
Any blender works. But the higher the performance, the less milk you can use, so the smoothies will be thicker. The key to a good smoothie bowl is to use as little liquid as possible. Almost all can blend ice, but if your blender can do that simply use fresh fruits instead of frozen.
